Well, the Mets did it.  They broke a 5 game losing streak and at the same time they ended the Yankees 9 game winning streak, beating the Yanks 2-0 in Fridays in game 4 of the Mets/Yankees inter league play.  As a Mets fan I was fearing the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised by the aggressive level of play exhibited by Willie Randolph’s Mets.

Oliver Perez went 7 and a third innings in a stellar performance.  However there was one inning where it looked like Ollie was about to show signs of that 7 walk game in the beginning of the season.
