West coast swings are always tough for me as I fight to stay up and watch the Mets play.  It looks like the Mets are having a hard time staying awake on the field.  Three nights in a row I watched the Mets score the first run on their latest trip to Dodger Stadium, and three days in a row the Mets failed to close the deal.  Last year, when the Mets scored first, it was a sign trend that more often than not, led to a victory in the win column.

The Mets are losers of 5 in a row and they are finding interesting ways to lose.  Primarily is has involved Pitching.  Where has the Mets pitching gone?  I know a 5 game losing streak is not cause for the panic button, hey just look at the Yankees, who are hotter than at any point in this early season.  To be honest, I am a bit worried about going into Yankee Stadium, and if I were the Mets, I would be too.
